NAVIGATOR WINDOW BUG

There is a minor bug in Netscape Communicator (4.?). If you have two Navigator windows already open and try to click the mini toolbar button to open a third window, Netscape just switches back and forth between the two existing windows (much like Windows' Alt-Tab switch). The workaround is to use the File, New, Navigator Window menu option to open more than two windows. We can only hope Netscape 5.0 will fix this problem.

(Editorial Note: Netscape/AOL has "skipped" version 5.0 and has released a version 6.0 into Beta at around April 10, 2000. It seems that they "felt the need" to surpass IE 5.x by using the 6.0 number. Seems patently STUPID to me, but par for the course for anything run by AOL. Early reports on the Beta 6.0 version indicate that it is frought with problems and is severely slow)
