CHANGING DEFAULT FILE TYPES

If you have installed Netscape 6 and have found that it has associated itself with various file types against your wishes, you can still change them back to your preferred settings. In Windows Explorer, click View, Folder Options. Select the File Types tab and make the appropriate changes. See your Windows documentation for more detailed instructions on how to do this. Netscape will not re-associate itself after you make these manual changes.
