You can most easily set this sound in your Windows Control Panel. Click Start Menu, Settings, Control Panel, and double-click the Sounds applet. Scroll down to New Mail Notification. Single-click it and click Browse to locate the WAV file you prefer. You can change this option as often as you like, but it will likely require a Netscape restart to take effect.
