...the August 8 MPCUG Meeting
No information furnished by officers.  Apparently there is no meeting content this month and anyone who shows up will do so despite the lack of information here!  Do MPCUG members and interested guests have lives?  Does anyone check here for information?  Probably and apparently not!  Who knows, maybe you will all be treated to one of our members showing the latest slides taken of a trip to Iowa to watch the corn grow.  These will be shown using an incredibly boring presentation created exclusively for MPCUG on the latest Power Point software from Micro$oft.  Maybe you will all be treated to an account of a drunken brawl at one of those marvelous High Tech Happy Hours that seem to be so important!  Ya da ya da ya da...

...the January 17 MPCUG Meeting

Everything has been pushed back a week, because the MPCUG officer corps and top brass will be at the APCUG & CES in Las Vegas Jan 4-11.   We will be treated to "Reports from the Field", since some of our officers managed to make the trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, for the annual APCUG (Association of PC Users Groups) conference and the mammoth CES (Consumer Electronics Show).   There should be some interesting stories from those wild and crazy guys - the MPCUG officers!
